The fact that you can freely move the Hyper212 heatsink after it's tightly in-place means you used the wrong stand-offs, trust me, done it by accident once on an AMD board. As using the Intel ones on an AMD board the Cooler will not sit tightly in-place on your CPU, as the Intel based stand-offs are physically longer.
